A fun shaker card for the May Inspiration Station Challenge
Hello everyone! It is time for this month's Inspiration Station Challenge and I have created this fun father's day shaker card to share with you all.
The
Inspiration Station Challenge is a monthly challenge for all types of
crafty projects. It starts the first Monday of each month and runs to
the end of the month. Each month there is a new image to use for
inspiration and it is a perfect way to jump start you creativity!
Supplies
You can find all the details and link up your projects to play along on the Inspiration Station Challenge Blog!
I started by ink blending a panel of cardstock using Distress Inks and a variety of green shades to create my background. Then I used some thin plastic packaging to create a full panel shaker and added some green sequin mix to the shaker.
I cut some mountain windows out of my card front panel and stamped the 'Happy Father's Day' sentiment in the bottom right corner just under the mountains before adhering it to the shaker panel.
I stamped out these cute foxes using an alcohol marker friendly ink and then coloured them in using my Ohuhu markers using the shades I listed in the image above.
I added the foxes to the bottom left of the card using some thin foam squares and that is it!
I hope you enjoyed reading about how I created this card and will join us with this challenge. I can't wait to see all your creations!
